Head winemaker Morgan Juniper will guide us through an exclusive tasting, sharing with us her passion and extensive knowledge. After year's abroad working for wineries throughout Germany, Australia and France, Morgan has returned to her Canadian roots, and we are thrilled to have her host her 2nd event at Gustav Chophouse and Bar.

Founded in 2010, 16 Mile Cellar is a small, family owned and operated winery and vineyard located near the town of Jordan, Ontario. What started as a passion project has now evolved in something much bigger. These Zealous winemakers pride themselves on the details. Their wines are hand picked, hand-made and distinctive in quality and flavour. Expect to take away an appreciation for the art of winemaking, and to gain perspective into the life of a wine through the eyes of a winemaker.
